Refund Policy

At Saisantosh Technologies, we strive to provide high-quality training and educational services. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any course.

1. Registration & Admission Fees

  • Registration fees, admission fees, and booking amounts are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Once a seat is reserved, the registration fee cannot be refunded or adjusted against another course unless approved by management.

2. Course Fee Refunds

  • Students may request a refund within 3 days of enrollment and before attending more than one training session.
  • Approved refunds may be subject to administrative charges.
  • No refund requests will be accepted after the refund eligibility period has expired.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Failure to attend classes after enrollment.
  • Change of mind after course commencement.
  • Inability to complete the course due to personal, professional, medical, or travel reasons.
  • Suspension or termination of enrollment due to violation of institute policies.
  • Missed classes, assignments, projects, or assessments.

4. Batch Transfer Policy

  • Students may request a transfer to another batch of the same course, subject to seat availability and management approval.
  • Batch transfer requests must be submitted in writing.
  • Additional charges may apply for batch changes.

5. Course Cancellation by Institute

  • If Saisantosh Technologies cancels a course due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, students may choose:
    • A full refund of the paid course fee, or
    • Transfer to another available batch/course of equal value.

6. Online Training Refunds

  • Refund requests for online courses will only be considered if made before access to course materials, recordings, or live sessions has been substantially utilized.
  • Once significant course content has been accessed, refunds will not be issued.

7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Any bank charges, payment gateway fees, or transaction costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

8. Placement Assistance Services

  • Fees paid for placement assistance, resume preparation, interview support, workshops, certifications, or special programs are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

9. Exceptional Circumstances

  • Any refund request outside the stated policy may be considered solely at the discretion of Saisantosh Technologies management.
  • Management’s decision regarding refunds shall be final.
